GroupHarbor

Move with a plan. Keep what matters.

A new website should begin with a clear understanding of the old one. Initial test-group participants will work directly with Dustin to identify a manageable scope before a launch is agreed.

A deliberate path to launch.

  1. Check the fit

Express your interest and tell Dustin what your team needs. Your current website stays in place while the product, scope, and offer are discussed.

  2. Agree on the scope

Identify pages, documents, important old links, existing services, and anything that requires additional work.

  3. Confirm who can approve the change

Verify the institution’s authorized representative and the required purchase, domain, and launch approvals.

  4. Review before launch

For an accepted pilot, agree on a private review of the prepared site, named user access, important links, and unresolved items. This is an assisted process, not an instant self-service preview.

  5. Launch and learn the routine

Connect the approved domain, complete the agreed launch checks, and help your initial team perform its recurring tasks.

Your domain stays yours.

Website changes should not silently change your email service, payment provider, or other unrelated systems. Any such work needs a separate, explicit agreement.

Start with an agreed, useful scope.

Identify the current pages and files worth moving, the services that should stay connected, and material needing more review. We will not change a domain or replace an existing site just because you submitted an interest form.

A short setup is not the same as a complete migration.

A simple website and a large historical archive need different work. We will define the migration scope before starting rather than promise that every site can move in the same amount of time.

Ownership should stay clear in both directions.

Your organization retains ownership of its content and domain. A usable export route is part of the intended service; formats and the offboarding process must be defined in the agreement.

Start by telling us what needs to work better.

Dustin will review your interest and discuss whether the initial test group and an assisted transition are a good fit.
