GroupHarbor Municipal Websites
A clear website for residents. A manageable workspace for staff.
Your team knows how to run the town. Maintaining its website should not require a second job. GroupHarbor is being built around the work clerks and small municipal teams do every week.
No calls or meetings unless you ask.
Expected base pricing: $900 per year, plus $300 one-time standard setup.
We are accepting interest for the initial test group. Personalized self-service previews are not available yet.
Start with the job, not the website settings.
Update public information
Keep notices, contact details, and ordinary page content current from a focused staff workspace.
Organize meeting information
Give residents a consistent place to find meeting details and approved documents.
Keep working instructions
Give the next clerk more than access to last year’s files. Preserve the steps and references behind recurring work.
Prepare it once. Make it easier to find.
In development · intended experience
The intended meeting workflow connects the staff’s preparation with the public meeting page and related views. Approved material remains distinct from working drafts.

Start with a familiar staff template, then adjust it to the municipality. A Clerk-Treasurer, Secretary, Mayor, or Manager can have the title your town uses.
The title does not decide the person’s access. Authorized administrators assign permissions, and records remain associated with the individual who performed the action.
Keep the services that already work.
Your public website can guide residents to an existing payment provider, permit service, county resource, or document. Moving the website does not have to mean replacing those systems.
Make website upkeep part of ordinary publishing.

The planned checking workflow helps staff understand findings, see what needs review, and recheck a correction. Automated checks support accessibility work; they do not certify compliance.
Read our accessibility approachKeep the domain. Agree on the transition.
Your existing website remains in place while we discuss fit and scope. A switch requires the institution’s authorized approval, an agreed content plan, and a deliberate launch review. Expressing interest does not authorize any of those changes.

Do we have to change our domain?
No. The intended service lets your municipality retain its domain. Connection and launch changes are reviewed with the authorized representative.
Do we need to learn WordPress?
Ordinary staff work is being designed around GroupHarbor’s publishing screens. Hosting, plugin management, and technical administration are not intended to be part of routine customer work.
Does the mayor automatically control the website?
No. The institution identifies its authorized administrators and purchasing representatives. Titles and software permissions are separate.
Does GroupHarbor replace our records, finance, or emergency-alert systems?
That is not the initial scope. We will identify the information and services that should stay with existing systems before agreeing to a transition.
