GroupHarbor

Websites for small towns and local organizations

Keep your community informed. Make the next handoff easier.

GroupHarbor is being built to bring your website, public updates, documents, and working instructions into one manageable place. We are inviting small towns and local organizations into an initial test group to help shape the everyday workflows.

No calls or meetings unless you ask.

Expected base pricing: $900 per year, plus $300 one-time standard setup.

Selected early participants will be offered reduced first-year pricing and waived standard setup. Dustin will contact you personally about fit and terms.

Built around the work you already do.

For your town

Municipal websites

Help residents find meeting information, public notices, documents, and the right person to contact. Give staff a clear way to keep that information current.

For your organization

Organizations

Keep events, announcements, and useful records organized. Give incoming officers and volunteers a practical starting point.

The public website is only half the job.

A clear place for residents to find it.

See how the work fits together

The people change. The work still needs to get done.

In development · intended experience

A folder of old files does not explain every recurring task. GroupHarbor’s planned knowledge base keeps steps, screenshots, templates, and useful links alongside the work they support.

Keep the instructions

Document how your team does the work, not just what happened last year.

Give each person their own access

Assign responsibilities and permissions to named people without passing around a shared login.

Prepare for the next handoff

Keep current procedures and unfinished work visible to the people authorized to take over.

Help shape the work your team will use.

Start with a short form. There is no account to create, no payment, and no automatic website setup.

  1. Tell us about your team

Share your name, town or organization, and email. Add your current website and what you would most like to improve.

  2. Hear from Dustin

Dustin will review your interest and email you about product fit and the initial customer offer. Calls are optional.

  3. Take part on clear terms

Selected participants receive an individually confirmed offer, direct onboarding help, and a chance to shape the workflows through real feedback.

A new website should not mean starting over.

A good transition starts with an inventory: what to move, what to keep connected, and what needs attention. Your domain stays yours, and existing payment or specialist services can remain in place.
