GroupHarbor

GroupHarbor Organizations

Keep your organization moving, even when the officers change.

GroupHarbor is being built for local organizations that need a useful public website and a dependable place to keep the instructions behind it.

No calls or meetings unless you ask.

Expected base pricing: $900 per year, plus $300 one-time standard setup.

We are accepting interest for the initial test group. Personalized self-service previews are not available yet.

For the people keeping a local organization running.

Cultural associations, service clubs, historical societies, guilds, and community groups are useful starting points for the product. The fit depends on your work, not a particular organization name or membership count.

Bring recurring work into one clear place.

Use the titles your organization already knows.

In development · intended experience

President, Secretary, Treasurer, Board Member, or another title can describe a person’s position. Each person still receives an individual account, and an authorized administrator assigns the permissions needed for their work.

Keep the knowledge with the organization.

In development · intended experience

The planned knowledge base gives your team a place to record recurring work, add screenshots and templates, and identify who maintains the instructions. A guided handoff experience is a later extension, not a prerequisite for documenting useful procedures.

Keep useful tools. Replace unnecessary friction.

Existing dues, ticketing, donation, or membership services can remain connected through appropriate links. We are not promising a complete accounting or membership-management replacement.

Questions from local organizations

Can different officers share the work without sharing passwords?

That is the intended model. Each person has a named account, with permissions assigned by an authorized administrator.

Is the internal knowledge base the same as GroupHarbor help?

No. GroupHarbor help explains the software. Your internal knowledge base explains how your own organization performs its recurring work.

Do we need to move our entire historical archive?

Not automatically. The transition scope should distinguish current website information, internal procedures, and any specialist historical collection or archive.

What happens when we express interest?
