Privacy Notice

Who handles your information

OneStage Solutions LLC operates this website. Dustin reviews GroupHarbor inquiries. This notice covers the public website and its forms, not a future customer website or service agreement.

What you send and why

The interest form collects your name, email, municipality or organization, audience choice, and permission to receive a response. You may also provide a website, location, role, and what you want to improve. The contact form collects your name, email, topic, message, and any optional organization or conversation request.

We use this information to respond, assess product fit, and discuss the initial test group. We record the submission time, reference number, source page, consent wording and version, and the pricing disclosure shown with the form. Submitting does not verify your identity, authority, or ownership of an email address. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and email

Inquiries and notification status are stored in a restricted database on our hosting server. Notifications go through our mail server to dustin@onestagesolutions.com. Authorized OneStage operators can access these records to respond and maintain the service. We do not sell inquiry information or send it to advertising platforms.

Email creates a separate copy in the receiving mailbox and its backups. Deleting a form database record does not automatically erase that copy. Avoid passwords, payment information, or confidential personal records.

Cookies and technical records

The form uses a short-lived, secure first-party cookie to protect submissions and a receipt cookie to show an accepted submission. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, session replay, or email open tracking on this website. Form entries are not saved in browser local storage.

For abuse prevention, we retain a keyed hash of the submitting network address for no more than 48 hours. Server access records contain network addresses, timestamps, requested paths, and status codes. Query strings and form contents are excluded from access logs. Those logs rotate daily and are kept for up to 14 days.

Retention and your choices

Website inquiry records are automatically deleted after 12 months. Restricted daily database backups expire after 30 days. If an inquiry becomes a customer engagement, the separate written agreement and relevant records policy apply to the resulting customer records.

Email copies are reviewed separately and can be removed in response to a verified deletion request, subject to information needed for an active relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or no further follow-up by contacting Dustin. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
